Pack Your Items
Place the unused luggage or accessory back in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective materials are intact.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your shipping box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
